Nicole Kolenberg has joined Future 5 as Development Manager, it was announced by Future 5 Executive Director Amanda Dubois-Mwake. In her new role, Nicole will be responsible for growing the organization’s fundraising efforts and expanding the organization’s ties to the community.
“We are delighted to have Nicole on board,” notes Dubois-Mwake, “she has the right personality, skillset and knowledge of the local community to advance our fundraising efforts and continue to build awareness about Future 5.”
Born and raised in Stamford, Nicole most recently served as the Community Engagement Officer at the New Canaan Community Foundation, where she oversaw fundraising with a focus on stewardship, marketing and events. She also managed the Young Philanthropists program that engages local high school students in philanthropy. Earlier in her career, she was Program Coordinator at the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention in New York City.
